1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Snapend you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Snapend lets you upload receipt photos, automatically extracts expense details, and helps you review and report your spending. Some features are limited by your subscription plan.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 13 years old.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, attempt to abuse the AI extractor, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

5. Plans & payments

Free plans include a monthly expense limit. Paid plans unlock higher limits and extra features. Manual payments (bKash, Nagad, bank) are activated after an administrator verifies your transaction. Refunds are at our discretion.

6. Your content

You own your receipts and expense data. By using Snapend you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service to you.

7. Disclaimers

Snapend is provided "as is". Receipt extraction uses AI and may contain errors; you should review every record before relying on it for accounting or tax purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapend is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
